What Makes Us Different
You'll feel the difference before treatment even starts.

Most orthodontic practices look similar from the outside. The difference shows up in how thoroughly your case is evaluated, how clearly your options are laid out, and whether you leave actually understanding what's going on.
Dr. Liatti explains the why — not just the what.
At your comprehensive evaluation, Dr. Liatti walks through what he found — your bite, your airway, your jaw joints, your teeth — and then lays out every realistic treatment path. Not just what he'd recommend, but why. The benefits, the tradeoffs, the side effects, the timeline. When multiple good options exist, he'll walk you through what makes each one better or worse for your specific case.
He won't recommend treatment you don't need. If your child doesn't need an expander, he'll say so — even if another practice said otherwise. If the honest answer is "let's wait six months and re-evaluate," that's the recommendation, and the follow-up visit is at no charge.
The goal is to give you enough information, clearly enough, that you feel confident making the decision yourself. When you understand why a plan was designed the way it was, you trust it — and the result holds up, because it was built on a complete picture and a real conversation. What patients bring up most in reviews isn't the technology or the office. It's that someone finally took the time to help them understand what was going on.
Three things that set us apart.
Comprehensive evaluation as the standard.
Every first visit — child or adult — includes a 3D CBCT scan, an iTero digital scan, an airway assessment, a TMJ and jaw-joint exam, and a full bite analysis. Not premium add-ons. The baseline. It's the only way for Dr. Liatti to know what's actually going on before he recommends anything.
A plan built around you — not a set menu.
There's no house appliance here. Your plan comes from what we actually see on your scans, what we find in your exam, and what you tell us is bothering you — and Dr. Liatti walks you through every recommendation in plain language so you understand the why before the what.
Experience matters — yours and ours.
Dr. Liatti has treated airway-driven cases for years, including placing his own miniscrews for MARPE expansion in a single visit. And the office itself is built around the experience most people wish the orthodontist had felt like: unhurried, warm, and clear about costs before you decide anything.

The comprehensive evaluation — including a 3D CBCT scan and digital scan — is included at no cost for every new patient. You'll know exactly what treatment costs before you decide anything, with in-office interest-free payment plans available for every case. No hidden fees, no surprise bills.
If Dr. Liatti thinks you're ready and you're ready, you can start that same day — no return trip required. You'll leave the evaluation knowing exactly what Dr. Liatti recommends, what it costs, and what the next step looks like.
During treatment, Dr. Liatti coordinates directly with your general dentist, ENT, or any specialist involved in your care — you're not relaying messages between offices. When your child needs monitoring rather than treatment, re-evaluation visits are at no charge.
Dr. Liatti has lived the thing he now treats.
As a kid, he couldn't breathe well through his nose, so he breathed through his mouth. Over the years, that changed how his jaws grew — and by the time he was a young adult, the only real fix was jaw surgery.
Once you've been through that, you can't look at a crowded, mouth-breathing eight-year-old the same way. You see where it's headed — and you know what catching it early can change.
The three pillars of how we practice.
Each one is a real part of how we work — not a buzzword on a sidebar. Open any of them to see how it works and why it matters.
The Comprehensive Evaluation
What's actually in a first visit here, why we take 3D images and do a full airway and TMJ exam before recommending anything, and what we find that a 15-minute consult can't.
